After more than a decade of work in several 2 and 3 star Michelin kitchens throughout France, Switzerland and Germany, our executive chef Franz Pichler decided to do things after his own taste and boil it down to what he thinks is the essence of a revolutionary and modern restaurant. At Punk Restaurants, the focus lays on a lucid, light, dynamic and straightforward culinary experience coupled with an almost addictive atmosphere.
